Matt has a management, sales and marketing background, and enjoys being active on the ground floor of the business. Matt is also active away from the business & has been known to mix business with pleasure on the golf course & the shooting field. Matt also likes to be out at sea fishing and can often be found at West Mersea where he moors his boat.

John has over 6 years experience in the property industry, working in both the online and high street sectors. He has a strong sales and account management background, and has won various accolades for his achievements in previous sales roles. In his position here John is helping to grow, support and develop our partner network by scouting for talented agents within the industry to join the PV family. When John isn’t working he is caring for his family and spoiling his two young daughters.

Dan has over 12 years’ experience in the Foreign Exchange market working closely with some of the Country’s Largest Corporate PLCs and a network of high-net worth International private clients. A passion for financial markets from a young age developed into a successful career managing a high-performing Trading desk in the heart of the City.
Outside of the office Dan invests his time into his family and is a keen Goalkeeper for his local Football team.

Alex leads Events & Engagement strategy for Prestige & Village and enjoys creating highly immersive and relevant data driven campaigns.
Alex co-founded the city based PR Agency Captive Minds Communications before taking a shareholder role to enable him to focus on other projects. Now based as CEO of Events at Braxted Park, Alex is a veteran of the media industry and has worked with some of the most adventurous global brands including, Virgin, Artemis, Willis and William Grand & Sons.
Educated at Eton, Alex is currently working on the Government Taskforce for Post-Covid Economic Recovery.
